Return Policy & Shipping

• We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us to place the desired item on hold for exchange, which will be shipped to you, free of charge, upon the receipt of the original item.

• You can return merchandise within 30 days for a full refund *UNLESS THE ITEM IS LISTED AS FINAL SALE. No returns are allowed for items listed as FINAL SALE.
• To qualify for FREE RETURN SHIPPING, your return must arrive at our warehouse within 15 days of the original date of delivery. Please allow an estimate of 7 days for transit time. *Applicable within the continental US only.
• Please retain a copy of the tracking number on your return label for your records
• Your return must be in its original packaging  (returned in the same way the package was received).
• Please allow for 2 weeks from the date of receipt at our warehouse for your return to be processed and refunded.

• All orders purchased at 50% off or more are final sale, and are therefore INELIGIBLE for return or exchange.
• All jewelry is final sale. 
We offer repairs of up to $25 on all orders that have been placed at within 1 year of the damage occurring. Please email for more information.
